Capital Arts Festival

Sponsored by the Community Arts Council of the Saanich Peninsula and the Sidney Business Association, the award-winning Sidney Fine Art Show has quickly earned a reputation as one of the premier fine art shows in British Columbia. Robert Genn, one of Canada’s most accomplished painters, has described it as "the best juried art show in B.C." The focus of the show is on the quality of the work, and the professional display of the Show. The jurors for this year’s show are artists Brian Johnson and Mark Heine, and art appraiser Susan Whitney.
