Web Submission Guidelines for CAF 2007 Sponsors
DEADLINE
Within ten business days of signing on as a CAF 2007 Sponsor, please email all web materials (logo and contact information) directly to our webmaster.
INSTRUCTIONS
For your records, please print off a copy of the following PDF document:

1. Web Materials - Preferred file formats:
- Business Logo: .jpg, .gif, .bmp or .tif files (72 ppi and at least 4" on the longest side) and saved to transparent background
- .Tif files: bitmap, from an image editing program, i.e. Adobe Photoshop
- .Jpg files: saved at medium to high quality, preferably high quality
2. Preferred file size per file type
- File size no bigger than 2MB
3. Do not send logo
- Embedded within a word processing document, i.e. Microsoft Word
- As a PDF (Adobe Acrobat)
4. Contact Information
- Include email, web address and business hours of operation
- If formatting of text is important, please include a sample (hard copy of text)
