Submission Information
Our Community Arts and Events Page is open to the participation from corporate, non-profit, charitable organizations, and small business.
If you have a professional arts event being held in your community that you would like us to post, please send your web materials directly to our webmaster at the email address listed below. It's free and easy to do!
The Capital Arts Festival assumes no responsibility for any errors or omissions. The information that we receive shall be deemed to be complete and accurate. Senders assume all proof reading responsibilities prior to transmission.
We recommend that you send us your web materials at least one month prior to event start date.
Web materials required for the Community Arts and Events Section:
- Event image and/or company logo: saved as a .gif or .jpg file (minimum 72 ppi and at least 300 pixels on the longest dimension)
- Locator map: saved as a .gif or .jpg file (minimum 72 ppi and at least 1000 pixels on the longest dimension)

- Brief editorial describing event: saved as a .txt file or pasted into an email preview pane (300 words or less). Include event dates, times, location, ticket cost, and when and where tickets can be purchased. Please indicate if your event is free.
- Contact information: include address, contact name, phone number, email and web link(s)
